Kei ngā kōwhao rau o Pare Hauraki whānui, nei noa te reo rāhiri e rere atu nei ki a koutou katoa. E hoa mā, he pōwhiri tēnei ki a koutou, nau mai, haere mai, ki te Hui ā-Tau o Te Korowai Hauora o Hauraki.

This year’s Hui ā-Tau (AGM) will be held at 10:00am on Friday 12th December 2025 within Te Whare Āwhina (the wharehui at Te Korowai Hauora o Hauraki), 210 Richmond Street, Thames.   Registration will commence from 9:15am.

• Appointing a Proxy

Members wishing to appoint a proxy, to vote on their behalf at the meeting, must do so on the approved Proxy Form which is available from:

a)            our website, using this link, or

b)            any of our offices or Whānau Health Centres.  

Completed Proxy Forms must be returned to us by no later than 5:00pm on Friday 5^th  December 2025.
